📊 Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics page combines real market data from CoinGecko with on-chain DEX information and simulated trade history.

Market Overview

Four metric cards at the top show key statistics:

• 24h Volume — Total simulated trading volume in the last 24 hours
• Total Trades — Number of trades executed
• Active Users — Estimated unique users
• TVL — Total Value Locked in the DEX pool (calculated from actual reserves)

Candlestick Charts

Powered by the CoinGecko API, the candlestick chart shows real price data for:

• mETH — Tracks Ethereum (ETH) price
• mBTC — Tracks Bitcoin (BTC) price
• mUSDC — Tracks USDC stablecoin price

You can switch between coins using the tab buttons and select time ranges (1d, 7d, 14d, 30d).

Reading Candlesticks

• Green candle — Price went up (close > open)
• Red candle — Price went down (close < open)
• Wick (line) — The highest and lowest prices during the period
• Body (rectangle) — The opening and closing prices
• Hover over any candle to see detailed OHLC (Open, High, Low, Close) values

24h Market Stats

Below the chart selector, six metric cards display:

• Price — Current price with 24h change indicator (green/red)
• 24h High — Highest price in 24 hours
• 24h Low — Lowest price in 24 hours
• 24h Volume — Total trading volume
• Market Cap — Total market capitalization
• 24h Change — Absolute price change

Token Statistics

A table below the charts shows detailed stats for all mock tokens (mETH, mBTC, mUSDC), including price, 24h change, holders, and more.

Portfolio

When your wallet is connected, the Portfolio panel shows:

• Total portfolio value in USD
• Individual token holdings with balance, price, and value
• Allocation bar showing the proportional breakdown of your holdings

Note: Market data requires internet access to reach the CoinGecko API. If the API is unavailable, simulated data is shown instead (labeled "Simulated"). Token statistics and trade history use a combination of on-chain DEX data and simulated activity for the demo.
